What we need to make veggie quesadilla: A Rolling Board, Pan, and Plate

First of all, we have to make dough.

Ingredients:

  • All-Purpose Flour 1cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water Cup 1/2
  • Oil 1/2 tsp

Now add flour and salt to a bowl. Start kneading it but make sure to add oil and water while kneading it. It’s just a simple process. You have to follow it as you knead the wheat flour. Cover it with a cloth when it has done.

Recipe Steps of Veggie Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  • Oil 2-3 tsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1 Tsp
  • Medium Sized Slice Onion 1
  • Tomato Slice 1/4 Cup
  • Sliced Capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Sweetcorn 1/4 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mixed Italian Herbs/ Oregano 1/4 tsp

Pour oil in the pan along with garlic. Mix it well then, add onion and stir until golden brown. Then add tomatoes, capsicum, and sweetcorn. Give a mix and add salt, red chili powder, and oregano to it. Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes. It will take 2-3 minutes.

Put it aside and turn off the flame. Now uncover the dough and knead it one more time and start making a roll. We will make a maximum of 3 rolls. Sprinkle some flour on a rolling bread and start rolling dough with the help of making a flatbread with the help of a rolling board and rolling pin. Roll it until it becomes flat and round. Then turn on the stove and cook it on low flame. Make sure to cook both sides but half cook.

After the cooking process is complete, place a flatbread on a plate and cover it with a cloth. Repeat this same process with the remaining bread.

Stuffing of Veggies in Quesadilla To Take Proper Calories

Put a filling of mozzarella cheese and vegetables in a tortilla then, fold it. Cook it evenly on both sides by turning on the flame.
