In today’s recipe, we are going to make vegetable spring rolls. We are sure you’re going to enjoy these rolls to the fullest extent. Rolls filled with chicken or vegetables are called spring rolls.   • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2 tbsp
  • Carrot 1/4 cup
  • Potato 1/4 cup
  • Tomato 1 medium size
  • Green Chilli 1 piece
  • Garlic 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger 1/4 tsp
  • Chili Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Snack Spice 1 tsp
  • Green Peas 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn Flour 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 3/4 cup

Step By Step Process To Make A Vegetables Rolls

Now you need to take a pan and pour some oil into it. Then add onions and cook for 2 minutes until golden brown. Add tomatoes, potato, carrot, green chili mix, all the ingredients together, and fry them. After some minutes, add garlic, ginger, turmeric, chili, salt, snack spice, and give a mix. You need to cook them for 1 minute after it adds peas. As you know, peas take time to start, so you need to cook them for 10-15 minutes. Add coriander and give it a mix. You love the smell. Wow!

Take a bowl and add flour, cornflour, and salt to it. Mix it evenly, then pour some water and give a mix until it becomes a paste. If you need more water, you can add it to make an even mixture. Put a small amount of the mixture into another bowl. Put it aside.

Spread some oil in a non-stick pan. Make sure the pan is on a low flame. Brushing the flour, you kept aside on a pan. Within a few seconds, separate the edges and remove them. Now you need to cook a tortilla-like flatbread one by one as, same as this process.

Filling And Fry Process Of Spring Rolls

Start by placing a flat flour bread on a woodcutter and beginning to fill the rolls. Add the mixture to it and wrap it up. When finished, fillings of all the rolls. Pour oil into a pan and start frying them. Fry it until golden brown. Make sure you’re frying it from each side.
