Qeema Samosa

Difficulty: Easy, Duration: 30 minutes
What we need: a pan to fry


  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Mince: 350 gm
  • Green Chilies: 2 tbsp chopped
  • Garlic Ginger Paste: 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
  • Crushed Red Chili: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric: 1/4 tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Roasted and Crushed Coriander: 1 tsp
  • Roasted and Crushed Cumin: 1 tsp
  • Whole Spice Powder: 1 tsp
  • Whole Spice Powder: 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped: 1 cup
  • Green Onion: 1 cup chopped (green part only)
  • Coriander Leaves: 1/2 cup
  • Mint Leaves: 1/2 cup
  • Samosa Sheets: 14/18
  • All-Purpose Flour: 2 tbsp
  • Water as required

Detailed Process:

Initially, heat the oil in the pan

When the oil is heated, add mince, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste and mix it.

Then add red chili powder, crushed red chili and turmeric powder mix them all.

Cooked till water dries and mince become tender then mix the salt in it.

Add crushed and roasted cumin and coriander seeds, whole spice powder and lemon juice, mix them together.

In the end, add onion and green onions mix it well.

Remove from the heat now.

Take it out in the bowl and let it cool down. Add coriander and mint leaves and mix when it cool downs completely.

Now take all-purpose flour and add water as required to make a thick paste.

Now fold the samosa sheets, give it a samosa shape, add 1 tbsp mince filling and seals the corner with the all-purpose flour mixture.

Fry it in hot oil, then serve with ketchup and chili sauces.

Or you can freeze it up to one month.
