What we need: a pan and an oven


  • Mangoes: 3 to 4
  • Whipping Cream: 600 ml
  • Condensed Milk: half can
  • Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp

Detailed Process:

Take 3 to 4 mangoes, peel them and blend to make mango puree.

Set aside.

Now Take 600 ml whipping cream, beat it finely until soft peaks form.

Take out 4-5 tbsp of plain cream for later decoration.

Add a tsp of vanilla essence and mix.

Add half can of condensed milk and beat well.

After that, add the blended mango puree to it and gently fold.

Now Take any serving glass, pour mango batter into it, decorate it with cream that you set aside before and finally top it with some mango chunks.

Chill for 2-3 hours.
