Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi Ingredients:

  • Whole milk plain yogurt: 1 cup
  • Chopped ripe/pulp mango (from 2 small peeled mangoes or one large): 1 1/4 cup 
  • Ice cubes ( 4 big cubes): 2/3 cup 
  • Honey: 2 tsp (optional)
  • rosewater: 1/8 tsp (optional)
  • Mixed nuts for sprinkling
  • Ground cardamom, for sprinkling

Detailed Process:

Cut and Peeling the mango (Make it cubes or pulp):

Get enough calories from mango lassi by using chill and fresh mangoes. Initialize with Peeling off the skin of the mangoes and trim around the seed to yield even more fruit.


Take a high-power blender, add an equal amount of sweet mangoes and creamy full-fat yogurt. And blend these things well.

Now you will need milk to make it a more smooth paste. You can also make a lassi drink with and without condensed milk.

Furthermore, to make it sweeter add a little amount of sugar or condensed milk.

It is up to you if you decide to add water or not to your desired consistency.

Blend everything seamlessly.

Before bringing out the lassi drink, make sure to drizzle in a touch of honey to add a little sugary touch to my glass.


Now pour it into the glass.

Traditionally mango lassi recipe can be flavored with a pinch of saffron or ground cardamom or a drop of rosewater which is optional.

For its presentation, add mixed crushed nuts on the top of the mango shake glass.
