What we need to make hot n sour soup: A bowl, knife and pot
Due to your request and the weather is starting to change, I am posting a recipe for hot n sour soup today. It can relieve you from flu and fever in the winter season. Make sure you have all the following ingredients.
- Cooking oil 2TBSP
- Garlic chopped 1tbs
- Ginger chopped 1tbs
- Green Chili Chopped 3-4
- Chicken Boneless cut into stripes 250g
- Stock 2 liters ( 2 to 3 cubes can also be used by dissolving in water)
- Whiter Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2TBS
- Lemon Juice 3-4 tbs
- Soy Sauce 2-3 tbs
- Cabbage Shredded 1 & 1/2 cups
- Carrots Juliene 1 cup
- Corns Sliced 5-6 slices
- Cilantro, Basil, Parsley, Coriander Chopped 2-3 tbsp
- Fresh/dried rosemary chopped 1/2 tbs
- Green onion leaves chopped 1/4 cup
- Cornflour 5-6 tbsp or as required
- Water 1/2 cup or as required
- Eggs whisked 2
- Black pepper crushed
Step By Step Process of Hot n Corn Soup
Take a pan and pour oil, and add ginger and garlic. Cook it on low flame then, add green chilies, boneless chicken. Mix it until it changes color. Now add the stock. Add cubes as a substitute for stock. Mix it well and add white pepper, salt, vinegar, lemon juice, soya sauce, and mix it well. Wait and bring it to boil. It’s time to add essential vegetables like cabbage, carrot, baby corns, green herbs, dried rosemary, and mix it well. Cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes then, add green onions and mix it. Now add 5-6 tbsp of cornflour by adding 1/2 cup of water. Whisk well and pour this water into the soup. Mix it well while adding it.
Cook it on low flame until desired consistency. It will approximately take 2 minutes. Whisk the egg evenly and add to the soup.
Stir gently and cook it for a minute.
Now your tasty hot n sour soup is ready for tonight’s dinner. Cook it and get feedback from your family members.
