Ingredients:

  • Cumin Seeds 1tbsp
  • Nutmeg 1/2 piece
  • Mace 1/2 piece
  • Black peppercorn 1/2 Tsp
  • Cloves 4-5
  • Cinnamon Stick 1
  • Coriander Seeds 1tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Dried Fenugreek leaves 1tbsp
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Garlic cloves 6-8
  • Green chili 1-2
  • Lemon Juice 3-4 tbsp.

First of all, you need a blender and add cumin seeds, nutmeg, mace, black peppercorn, cloves, cinnamon, coriander seeds, carom seeds, dried fenugreek leaves and start blending it. After finishing, the blending process adds ginger, garlic, green chili, and lemon juice to the blended spices and continues the blending process along with spices. It will take 1-2 minutes. Place it aside.

Whole Grill Fish Marination Process

Ingredients:

  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Blended Paste 2tbsp

Take a whole fish for the marinating process. Slice the fish from between, and start applying spices to it. Add turmeric powder, salt red chili, and blended paste. Now rub your hand gently and cover the whole fish with these spices. Repeat this process on both sides. Now, marinate it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Place it aside. After 30 minutes, you need to add more spices to the fish.

Simple Ingredients To Cook A Best Grilled Fish

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Remaining blended mixture
  • Mustard oil 1& 1/2 tbs
  • Tandori Masala 2 & 1/2 tbsp
  • Gram Flour 1& 1/2 tbsp

Now take another bowl to add yogurt, the remaining blended mixture, mustard oil, tandoori masala, and flour. You can buy shan or any other brand of tandoori masala from any store. Mix the mixture gently and start applying to fish. Make sure you are covering both sides with this mixture.

Now start to cook it by placing it on a charcoal grill or grill pan. Cook each side for 8-10 minutes. Take out the fish on a plate after cooking. Your grill fish is ready without an oven. Incredibly it’s yummy.
