- Green Chilies 2
- Garlic Cloves 5-6
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Mint Leaves 10-12
- Fresh Coriander 10-12
- Onion grated and squeezed water from it
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Cumin crushed 1tbsp
- Cream 2tbsp
- cheddar cheese 2-3 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1& 1/2 paste
Chicken Kabab for Creamy Gravy
Now it’s time to chop all the ingredients well in the blender. Now you need to add the chicken to the blender. Add cream, raw papaya paste, Cheddar cheese grated 2-3 tbsp, red chili powder, ground spices, coriander seeds, and coconut.
Chop it until combined. After it has been finely chopped, remove it from the blender. Cover and marinate it for 30 minutes.
Now wet your hand. Take chopped meat up to 35g in your hand. And start giving it the shape of a kabab. You can roll it into a chopstick. Otherwise, you can make it as you want it’s not a problem.
I have a chopstick, so I am going to roll it onto a chopstick. You can make 20-22 kababs. Once you have completed this process, put a pan on the stove and add oil to it.
Vegetables for Gravy
- Onion 1 slice
- Capsicum Jullian cut 1

We are going to fry our kababs, but before we fry the vegetables. Add onion and capsicum. Stir and fry the onion on low flame for a min. Dish out a vegetable on a plate and put it aside.
Then proceed to add oil to the pan. Heat it and start adding kababs to it. Fry them on medium flame until all sides are golden brown.
Prepare gravy for cream chicken.
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 2tbsp
- Chopped Green Chili 2-3
- Cumin seed crushed & roasted 1 tbsp.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Ground Spices 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Desiccated 2tbsp
- cream 3./4 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Cheddar Cheese Grated 1/2 cup
- Corriander Chopped leaves 10-12
- Green Chilli chopped 1-2
- Ginger julienne cut a little bit
Add oil and butter. Let it melt. After that, add garlic fry and stir. Add green chilies now. For one minute, saute. Then add cumin seed and black pepper powder. Now add red chili powder to taste. In the end, you need to add ground spices and coconut. Mix them well and cream in it to give it a taste of cream. Cook it on a low flame. Mix it well. Now add milk and start mixing it.
Whisk well and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Add cheese and mix it well. Cook it until the cheese melts. Now add vegetables and kababs to it. Mix them well.
Now cover and cook it on low flame until oil separates. It usually takes 4-5 minutes. Add chopped coriander, green chilies, and ginger to the end. Then, dish out your creamy chicken and serve it with flatbread. With rice, you can also enjoy the creamy chicken.
