Chocolate Lasagna

Difficulty: Easy, Duration: 30 minutes
What we need: an electric beater or hand whisk

Ingredients:

For creamy batter

  • Cream: 3 packs (600 ml)
  • Icing sugar : 2 tbsp
  • Condensed milk : 6 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder : 2 tbsp

For chocolate ganache

  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Cocoa Powder: 2 tbsp
  • Cornflour mixed in water: 1 tsp

For layering

  • Packs of biscuits(whichever you like): 4
  • Coffee mixed in water: 1 tbsp

Process:

Detailed Process:

Firstly Pour cream, add the icing sugar, cocoa powder and condensed milk in the bowl.

Beat these ingredients for about 15 minutes till you get a thick texture.

Decorated with crushed biscuits

For ganache, pour a cup of milk in saucepan, add cocoa powder and mix it well.

Now take 2 tbsp of water and 1 tsp of cornflour, mix it finely, add this mixture into the ganache and keep mixing on low flame till it thickens.

After that, take 1 tsp coffee and mix it in 4 tbsp of lukewarm water. Dip each marie biscuit(I use this local biscuit, you can use your favorite one) in coffee water and set a layer.

Decorated With Ganache and Chocolate Chips

Above that layer pour the creamy batter. Set 2 layers of this and decorate the top layer in any design you like with crushed biscuits and ganache.

Chill overnight and chocolate lasagna is done.
