Chicken Vegetable Nuggets

Difficulty: Easy, Duration: 30 minutes
What we need: bowl and an Oven to bake
Serving-15 person


  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Onion: 1 medium
  • Boil and shredded chicken: 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder: 1tsp
  • Black pepper: 1tsp
  • Garlic powder: 1tsp
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Butter: 2 tbsp
  • Mix herb: 1 tsp
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Egg: 1
  • Capsicum: 1 chopped
  • Carrot: 1 chopped
  • Corn: 4 tbsp chopped
  • Potatoes mashed: 250 gm
  • Chicken powder: 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder: 1tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp or to taste
  • Coriander leaves chopped: 2tbsp
  • Bread crumbs: 1 cup
  • Flour: 2 tbsp

Detailed Process:

Initially add oil in a pan, onion and fry it till light golden.

When the onion is ready, add boiled & shredded chicken and mix it well

After that add red chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, mix herb, and salt altogether

Also add 2 tbsp butter and mix it

in addition to, add flour and cook it for 2 minutes

Right after 2 mins, add 1/2 cup milk and cook it until the milk dried

Now let it cool down, remove the pan from burner and place it a side

In another bowl, take boiled and mashed potatoes, add red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt and mix them well

Right after it, add chick mixture in the potatoes mixture, and mix it well

Add chopped coriander also, then mix it

it’s time to make a shape (as you like)

Now, coat nuggets in flour then egg and eventually in bread-crumbs.
