First of all, you need to boil the meat and make a stock from it.
- Meat Stock ( Chicken, Beef, or Mutton)
- Bones Soup 1/2 kg
- Water 1 Liter
Add water to a pan along with the meat and start boiling it. Now cover and cook it on low flame. Stain the soup from the bones and put it aside.
Qorma To Make A Chicken/Mutton Haleem
To make a qorma for adding in the haleem as a to become it gravy. Follow the ingredients to make it.
- Oil 1/4 Cup
- Onion Sliced 2 Large
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2& 1/2 tbs
- turmeric powder 1 tbs
- Salt 1tbs
- Bay Leaves 2 Large
- Cinamon Sticks 2
- Cloves 4-5
- Black Pepper Corn 8-10
- Chicken Boneless Meat 1/2 Kg
Take a stewpot and oil oil. As soon as the oil is hot, add onions, garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, salt, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and black pepper. Pour a little bit of water into the mixture to mix it gently, as it can burn without water. Then thoroughly mix it. Now add meat to it. Then pour water and bring it to a boil. Cook it on a low flame until the meat is tender.
After it has been cooked, mash and shred the meat. Put it aside when the whole meat has been shredded.
Lentils Cooking Process to Add-In Haleem
- Wheat 1/2 cup soaked overnight
- Barley soaked overnight 1/2 cup
- Spit Orange Lentil 1/4 cup soaked
- Split yellow lentil 1/4 cup soaked
- Water 2 liter
- Bay leaves 2 large
- Turmeric powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tbsp.
- Water 1 liter
- Mace powder 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp.
- Water 1/2 cup
- chickpea powder roasted 1 tbsp.
- Ginger julienne
- Green Chilies chopped 1-2
- Mint leaves handful
After adding all the lentils and water, add some bay leaves, salt, and turmeric powder. Bring the water to a boil. Take a small quantity of water from it. Cover and cook it on low flame for up to 1 hour. Once the lentils are boiling remove the bay leaves from the stewpot and blend them. Now pour the prepared meat stock in it. Mix it gently.
It’s time to add the shredded meat to it. Gently mix it after you have added the meat. Now add 1 liter of water and turn on the flame.
Cook it on a low flame. Don’t forget to stir the spoon in the lentils. When the lentils are in process, add nutmeg powder, mace powder, cumin seeds.
Now take 1/2 cup of water and add roasted chickpea powder to it the water. Mix it well and add this mixture to the haleem mixture. Mix it and cook it for 5-6 minutes. As for lentils boiling, they become a thick paste. During the boiling of the haleem, add the ginger juliennes. Also, add the leaves of mint and coriander. Mix it well.
Now you need to add toppings to the haleem.
Topping On Haleem
- Oil 1/4 CUP
- Onion slices one large
Pour the oil into the pan when the oil becomes hot, pour the onion in it, and cook it until golden brown. Then add these onions to the haleem mixture.
