- Juice of Lemon 1
- Green Chilli 2 Cutted
- Garlic 1 Tsp Chopped
- Ginger 1 Tsp Chopped
- Onion 1 Finely Chopped
- Tomato 1 without seeds
- Corriander leaves Chopped Few
- Egg 1
- Corn Flour 1 Tbsp
- Garam Masala 1 Tsp
- Oil For Frying
Peshawari Chapli Kabab Recipe Process
Take a bowl with ground meat and add salt, chili powder, coriander and cumin seeds, chili flakes, lemon juice, green chili, garlic and ginger paste, onion, and tomatoes.
Now break the raw egg and add it to it. Now add garam masala and cornflour. Mix well and gently with your hands.
Take a frying pan and add oil. Wait for the oil to become hot. Finally, it’s time to give a shape to the kebabs. Make sure you make them bigger.
You have to fry the Chapli kababs on a low flame for five minutes on each side.
When kababs are ready, you can serve by arranging carrots on a plate, topping them with green sauce. You can garnish the kababs with coriander leaves.
