Cauliflower Rice Carbs

Ingredients:

  • Salt 1 tsp 
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • Garlic crushed 1tbs
  • Ginger crushed 1/2 tbs
  • Fresh Coriander Chopped 2TBs
  • Olive oil two TBs
  • Chicken Fillets 3

Marinate Chicken Fillets To Add Rice On Keto

Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin seeds, garlic, and ginger to a bowl. Add the chicken fillets and mix everything. Then cover it with the mixture. Once the fillet is covered and marinated for 10-15 minutes, grease the grill pan and place it on it. Grill it on both sides. Take it out on a plate after grilling. 

Steps For Cauliflower Rice Carbs Recipe 

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 1 large
  • Olive oil 1 TBsp
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Garlic Chopped 2 TBs
  • Green Onion White Part Chopped 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp 
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 tbs
  • Green onion leaves chopped 2tbs 

Start grating a cauliflower and set it aside. Take a pan and pour olive oil then, add butter, let it melt. Then add garlic, green onion, and mix it well. Now add grated cauliflower to it. Mix it well and cook it for 3-4 minutes on a low flame. Add black pepper, salt, lemon juice, soy sauce, and green onion. Now again, cook it for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.
