  • Eggs: 4
  • Unsalted-Butter: 8 ounces
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Banana essence: 1/2 tsp or Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
  • Bananas: 4 mashed
  • Yogurt: 3/4 cup
  • Flour: 12 ounces (3 cups)
  • Baking powder: 1 & 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda: 1 & 1/2 tsp
  • Salt: 1/4 tsp
  • Walnuts: 1/2 cup

Detailed Process:

Initially we Preheat oven to 180 degrees °C

Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan

In a bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder and set aside

Peel the bananas and mash well with the help of the fork & set aside

In another bowl add room temperature butter and sugar beat it well till sugar dissolves

Now add one tbs flour mixture beat it then add one egg beat it well repeat this procedure until all the eggs mixed

Add yogurt beat well

Add mashed bananas and beat it again

Now add remaining flour mixture and mix it well

Add crushed walnuts mix it

Pour this mixture in a greased loaf pan

Bake it for 45 to 50 min at 180-degree °C, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean

Take the pan out from the oven and enjoy your banana bread.
